Q. I've read different account of how to go about penis enlargement training. Many sources say I should go for length first, and then train for girth. What are your thoughts on this?
A. There are many different training opinions. Some are valid, while others are based on guesswork or extrapolation from other types of training (e.g.- bodybuilding).
Going for length first can be effective if you wish to prioritize length over girth. If you're after both in equal measure, then train both length and girth in one session. The methods are complementary, and even when you perform what's considered a strictly length movement (like COMPRESSION HANGING), you'll still realize some girth- as the tunica of the penis expands in three dimensions.
In the routine itself, you may want to perform your girth targeting exercises first since performing length first may tire the penis in a way where performing effective girth work immediately afterwards is difficult.
Here's an example of the recommended routine format:
WARM UP > JELQS* > COMPRESSION HANGING > Erect KEGELS > Edging > WARM DOWN
*Perform with an 80% level of erection average and with a generous amount of lubrication
Q. I have difficulties getting an erection easily, but I still want to get a larger penis. Should I start with EXTENDER work or something like that first?
A. When assessing clients, an important criterion we use is Erection Quality (EQ- a combined measure of stamina and hardness). If a client's EQ is below satisfactory, then we recommend focusing on it in exclusion until it's at a satisfactory (but not necessarily optimal) level. There are two reasons for this:
1. Focusing solely on raising your EQ will allow you to devote effort and recovery resources solely to wards EQ improvement.
2. ENLARGEMENT TRAINING with poor EQ can be unproductive of even detrimental, since the necessary level of tissue expansion for some exercise can be difficult to achieve, and recovery is poor as well.
Understanding the nature of why your EQ is poor is vitally important. If it's merely a question of a lack of fitness, then exercises like erect KEGELS can be helpful. If there's a hormonal or organic issue, this would be the domain of a medical professional to assist you.
Once you achieve a satisfactory level of EQ, you can start with gentle modes of training like JELQING or EXTENDER training.
Q. How do you counter turtling? My penis sometimes turtles to the point that it becomes an "innie"! Help!
A. Penile turtling is a common phenomenon. First, assess the scenario: If you have a high amount of body fat, your penis may simply be buried under the fat pad when unerect. Getting leaner is a good counter to this, and the activities involved in weight loss can help to optimize the metabolism.
If you're experiencing true turtling, wearing a device like the LEG BAND or using a SLEEVE throughout the day can help to counter turtling. Improving your Erection Quality (EQ) with exercises like KEGELS will also be helpful.
