This tape is the best used for the "Water Protection Method" during vacuum chamber methods, including:

This is an alternative to using micropore over and around the glans. Simply by taping behind the glans, you're protection the skin from swelling, securing the skin to not get pulled into the chamber with increased vacuum pressure and during traction.
It is best coupled with a section of silicone sleeve to fill the gap between your shaft and the vacuum chamber inner wall given you're using a chamber suited to your erection glans.
As you'll be able to see in the tutorial here are some extra benefits:
- You won't need to use anywhere near the amount of tape (compared to using micropore tape)
- It's much quicker to put on than micropore tape
- Even during toilet breaks you don't need to take it off, extending the use of 1 roll
