Every country has different import duties and taxes which range from no cost to up to 24% of the total product cost in the country's local currency. We ship worldwide, and laws and regulations are constantly changing in individual countries so please note that:

Upon purchasing any product from the Total Man Shop you agree to be responsible for paying all of the relevant and additional import duties, taxes and fees associated with that order.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll be notified of any additional fees via email from DHL, our delivery service provider.

We only do this as from an administrative and logistics perspective, it is very hard to keep up with each country's individual and ever changing requirements. We now ship from two main locations:

• Orders within the USA are shipped from our US warehouse.
• Orders to Australia and all other countries are shipped from our Australian warehouse.
  

Delivery providers:

• From the USA, we use USPS and UPS.
• From Australia, we use DHL Express and Australia Post (Express and Standard options depending on your location).

Processing times:

• Orders shipped within the USA are processed within up to 3 business days.
• Orders shipped from Australia are processed within up to 4 business days.

Shipping estimates:

• Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
• Shipping charges will range for each product, dependent how much your total order weighs at checkout
• Shipping options provided will depend on your country and region of the world, you may have the option to choose from Express, Standard and Economy options.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU USE A P.O. BOX AND YOU CHOOSE DHL EXPRESS, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROVIDED WITH STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH WILL TAKE LONGER AS DHL DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

ALSO NOTE: ECONOMY SHIPPING DOES NOT COME WITH TRACKING, THE NUMBER YOU WILL RECEIVE THAT MAY LOOK LIKE TRACKING IS SIMPLY AN ID CODE. SINCE THERE IS NO TRACKING, THERE IS ALSO NO COVER, IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST IN TRANSIT WE CANNOT SEND A REPLACEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RISK THIS, CHOOSE THE STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD IF THERE IS ANY OPTION TO.

Your parcel will be 100% discreet. The parcel is a plain white padded bag. The shipping label on the outside of the parcel is 150mm x 100mm and has the sender and receivers information. The only description on the shipping label is "Tools". Inside the parcel is the ordered contents along with a packing slip. The packing slip will have on it your details and the contents of what you ordered mainly for packing purposes to decrease risk of missing or incorrect items.
