Most items may be used on a very regular basis so wear and tear is inevitable.
While we do replace defective items after they are received or soon after being used for a short period of time (please see warranty periods for each product in the Refund Policy), we do not replace items that have been used extensively for a long period of time and would need replacing anyway.

United StatesThe durability, ease of use and high quality materials used for the vacuum kits have been great and I believe the items will serve me for at least 3 years. Cups were slightly bigger than estimated despite giving a range for my size. I expected to have a smaller, a standard and a bigger but all I got were upward sizes but that’s a first. This has limited my training routine as I cannot use the cups in particular for multiple purposes. Overall, the All day stretcher has been a game changer for me among the lot I bought, its light, firm and the tension cords are strong. Looking forward to more and what’s in store.
