We have gone through a few versions and finally this is the one that is going to rock the market and world of extenders. It is one of many new products hitting the Total Man range.
So, why is this so extender so great, what makes it so different?
While it is a beast like our older version, it's a lot more sleek, much more discreet and you can now customise the rod length with bolt-on sections.
THE GOAL WITH THIS DESIGN
The aim was to design an effective extender that could be worn discreetly while gaining from all other benefits this extender has to offer. More comfort, longer wear time at higher tensions, safer, smoother tension and movement, super strong, increased ease of use for attaching and detaching, simple to use.

United StatesThe extender works ok. Adding and then releasing the 12 rubber bands before and after the three 20 minute sessions is time consuming. That part of increasing the tension could be improved.

United StatesThe total man extender version 3.0 is superior in quality and practicality. The frame design is light and compact, and it is easier to put on/off due to the elastic tension band method. Also, the large pelvic ring design is effective and comfortable to avoid pelvic pain. I am absolutely certain this new version is the most comfortable/effective ****** extender on the market today.

United StatesI was tired of the cheap traction devices that cut off circulation so I did a ton of research and came to this device. I absolutely love it, but it takes time and practice putting on the vacuum. It can also be time consuming, but that will be the same for any vacuum device. Just for reference, this traction device is very large, but I work from home and can just wear it all day while I'm on the computer so not a bit deal. I know Mike has devices that are more discrete when out in public. Since I started my journey six month ago, I have almost gained an inch. I was never small, but really wanted to have something a little more impressive and traction devices are amazing way to do it. I know this might not be a concern for most, but I've seen my flaccid length increase almost 2 inches. I am very happy about this because I am a huge fan of visiting **** beaches and I definitely get a second glance now when walking around! I live in the US and shipping took 4 days, fast and easyI absolutely recommend this device! Super high quality product!

I use this frame with the compression kit. For newbs, it just clamps right on below the head and pulls traction from there. Sounds painful, but with the rubbery wrap they give you it's totally fine. First off, the positives: The frame is comfortable, and the length can be adjusted for you, right up until you have to buy the spare rod extenders. Also, especially for newbs: the dollar sign looks bad, but it's competitive. The cheapest, absolute worst devices for you and your member aren't much cheaper. As someone who has invested in products like this before, I consider this a reasonable price. The negatives: I'd give this five stars if not for the weakness in its actual attachment points. I push the limits on this thing in terms of length. The further out it is from the base, the more sheer leverage there is, causing it to not secure properly. I drove a tiny couple of nails in the ends to give it some extra strength, but after several months of use, it finally snapped. Knowing what I do now, I don't think I'd make the same mistake again. Verdict? Despite its one major flaw, I'm buying it again. To new users, I recommend getting started on it SLOWLY. Even if you're not new to this type of product, it's probably a different design and thus must be used carefully at first. Good luck and enjoy!
