A "how to" for ADS work
An "All Day Stretcher" (ADS) device is a tool primarily used for [usually] very light, steady tension. Before we get into how to use the ADS, let's go over the different types.
Leg Band
A Leg Band is a device which uses one or more elastic bands to maintain tension on the penis. This type of ADS can be used for a wide range of training purposes: from very light, long sessions to more intense, enlargement training.
The optimal tool for use to fasten the Leg Band is the Compression Plate, though a Compression Hanger or Vacuum Chamber can be used.
Passive Healing Sleeve Kit
The Passive Healing Sleeve Kit is comprised of a Silicone and Spandex Sleeve. This type of ADS is more suited for long, maintenance-level elongation.
It's also the easiest device to conceal.
Healing in extended state
One use for ADS is to use it after a more vigorous stretching, hanging, or extending session. The idea is that light tension (just enough to keep the penis elongated) after an intense length session will allow the penis to heal in an extended state.
Using the ADS as a standalone
Active training: The Leg Band is optimal for this as it can be used with greater ranges of tension. It can be used for moderate intensity lengthening on its own.
Even using a light tension setting, if the Leg Band is used while walking then it'll stimulate variable tension.
Maintenance: The Passive Healing Sleeve Kit keeps the penis in a static state. Beyond post-intensity training healing, this can be used for times when only a light workout is desired or during a "deloading" phase.
Turtle prevention
An ADS is excellent for preventing penile turtling using either type. If turtling is severe, it should be worn regularly for up to several hours a day. If not, then it can be used only as needed.
