Just about all forms of physical training require some form of warming up. Some skip the warm up altogether or cut short in an attempt to save time. This can be a big mistake!

This has to be the most most common training mistake made- just behind skipping sessions. The warm up is a vital part of training and should never be skipped! Not only does warming up help to prevent injuries, it's also vital in ensuring you get the most out of your sessions.

Though there are few exercises in your male enhancement training where you're actually performing muscular contractions (KEGELS are an exception), it needs to be understood that male enhancement exercises are all about tissue expansion.

The penile tunica, fascia, suspensory ligaments and all sorts of connective tissues are vigorously worked during training, and doing what you can to foster maximum expansion is going to be vital- as is preventing injury.

The above is the case regardless of whether you're performing manual exercises or device-based training.

Here are the steps you'll need to take to ensure a thorough warm up process:

Step 1: The Setting:

Make sure you find someplace where you'll be undisturbed for the duration of your training.

Step 2: Equipment:

You'll also need to make sure you have everything you need for training: your devices (if any), a towel, lube, and your warming implements. A soak in a hot tubwhile performing light stretches and massage are great, but you can also use the INFRARED HEAT PAD for convenience and effectiveness.

Step 3: The Process:

A thorough warm up should take about 5 to 7 minutes to complete. You should be applying heat that's slightly above body temperature.

If you're using the INFRARED HEAT PAD, this level can be set using the RED level 3 setting.

Things to note:

A good warm up will leave your penis feeling flexible and flushed with blood. An insufficient warm up will leave your penis stiff and inflexible, while excessive warming can cause tissue exhaustion.

You MUST take care to ensure you're not overdoing the level of heat! The skin of the penis is some of the most sensitive on the body and is easily burned.

Warm DOWN/COOL DOWN

Your workout should conclude with a warm DOWN. The warm down is performed in much the same manner as the warm up, except you're also doing to take the time to inspect your penis for any anomalies- like small bruises or abrasions, and also to apply moisturizer.

The warm down will ensure you maintain blood flow to the penis and will initiate the recovery process.

A COOL DOWN is acceptable if you're finishing up a particularly challenging session or if you're sore. The cool down is performed by alternating heat and cold during a 10 minute time span- with 1 minute per interval.
