Premature ejaculation is a common malady which affects most men at some point in their lives. In most cases, a high level of ejaculatory control can be achieved with simple training techniques along with an understanding of causes.
In this edition, we'll cover the physical aspects of premature ejaculation along with exercises you can perform to develop greater control. We'll cover the mental aspects as well as other contributing causes in part 2.
 
There are two standard definitions of premature ejaculation: ejaculating sooner than desired, with the second more technical definition being the inability to last during penetration or other direct activities for more than three minutes.  
 
The first definition is a nebulous term, since you may be physically capable of lasting longer than 3 minutes but merely wish to last even longer. This can be the case if your partner hasn't orgasmed yet. The second term is more well-defined, and there could be causes which may contribute to your inability to last longer.  
 
The physical
 
One of the most common reasons for premature ejaculation involves negative conditioning. Nowadays, it's common for men to masturbate in conjunction with viewing pornography. The detachment from emotions often involved with this process and the typical rushed nature of masturbation can set you up for failure when it comes time for live sexual performance.  
 
To counter this, it's recommended you refrain from frivolous masturbation (to pornography or otherwise). Reserve your ejaculatory activities to male enhancement training or live sexual activity only. Doing this will ensure you route your sexual energies towards positive condition and will also allow you to preserve your libido.
 
The Kegel exercise is excellent for developing ejaculatory control- as well as hardness and even more penis size! For more details on how to perform this exercise, please see the following: KEGEL VIDEO INSTRUCTION.
 
The above is best performed as a part of a regimen where you also include "edging" (controlled masturbation for developing more stamina, hardness, and ejaculatory control.) In cases of premature ejaculation, the "Extreme Stop and Starts" edging exercise is recommended before graduating to more standard edging practices.  
 
To perform this exercise, you'll need to time yourself from beginning to end with this movement. Begin by stimulating yourself close to ejaculation, then "stop"- allowing for a brief pause before you resume. You perform up to 10 of these stops before allowing yourself to ejaculate. Once you get to 10 minutes total, begin to eliminate the number of stops by at least 1 per session until you can perform the exercise for a full 10 minutes with only 3 stops total.
