Most items may be used on a very regular basis so wear and tear is inevitable.
While we do replace defective items after they are received or soon after being used for a short period of time (please see warranty periods for each product in the Refund Policy), we do not replace items that have been used extensively for a long period of time and would need replacing anyway.

TM is the best! The quality of the cups and other equipment is excellent. I've been using almost every day for about 2 years. SO SUPERIOR to loop or pinching types and safer IMHO.
