Safety and effectiveness comes with being able to gauge the intensity of any device.
Just like a pump having a pressure gauge, knowing what the equivalent tension is with your traction devices is just as important.
This doesn't mean you have to measure every time, rather you will gain the confidence with your routine being able to double check when you need to, when you change tension with your All Day Stretcher, Extender frame or any other form of traction, where you're not 100% sure, be sure by using the scale.
If you're not new to our teaching, you know we insist on progressive overload being key to long term and consistent results. You NEED to know your numbers.
Just like you wouldn't go into the gym and throw on any weight, the best result comes from strategically using the weight you're ready for then slowly and incrementally increasing the force over time.
