Here are some commonly asked male enhancement questions and answers

Q. Hey! I'm just getting started with my training and wanted to make sure I'm not overdoing anything.

What's the best way to tell if I'm using the right level of repetitions, force, etc?

A: A good rule of thumb to use with ANY new exercises or practice: Err on the side of caution with force and duration. The first few sessions with a new method of training should be given over to mastering the form (and wear, if necessary). From there, time and tension can be adjusted to a proper baseline.

Under no circumstances should bruising, excess soreness, or anything beyond a mild level of discomfort be considered for male enhancement training progress.

Q. After training male enhancement for a few weeks, I noticed my penis looks a lot "veinier" and is much harder than it used to be. The veins do concern me. Should I be concerned about this?

A: The development of vascularity is a sign of increased conditioning and blood flow. This is a good thing!

You do want to keep an eye out for any anomalies like bruising or unusual swelling, as this can be a sign of too much, too soon or improper training practices.

Q. In reading some of the forums, I noticed that some guys go up to performing JELQS for over a thousand reps and up to an hour! Do I really need to work up to doing this if I want to make the best gains possible?

A. The only thing that would justify your working up to such a high rep count is if what you were doing was giving you satisfactory gains. Some very advanced big gainers do have some extraordinary routines, but merely adding volume isn't the only option.

Another alternative to adding reps is to utilize more intense variations of an exercise.
