United StatesSo far watching your videos I was premature in buying this package. The name Ultimate suggests all inclusive which is why I got it, but it's not so that was very disappointing. I almost feel like there should be a warning to watch the videos first. I have opened nothing. I'm trying to make sure that I have other aspects taken care of first as suggested by the videos.
