Here are some commonly asked male enhancement questions and answers
Q. I've been reading your replies to Total Man questions and noticed you recommend edging for stamina at the end of a workout. The thing is, I'm already getting lots of sex. Do I still need to perform edging?
A: Thank you for your kind words!
As per the 60 Minute Rule outlined in the Stamina Exercises section, if you’re getting 60 or more minutes per week of live regular sexual activity (not masturbation) you can offset some or even all of your manual edging requirements.
Edging is for developing EQ (Erection Quality- a combined measure of stamina and hardness), ejaculatory control, erectile strengthening and also aids in the enlargement process (especially when performed at the end of a full session).
This also applies to live sexual activity.
Q. I'm now performing 50 repetitions of the Erect Kegels as recommended in the Beginner Routine.
What is the next step?
For the Weighted Kegel, test out one set of 10 reps with a moderately weighted towel. If you feel challenged but not overworked, add 1 rep per session until you get to 20-30 reps- then add weight, drop the reps down to 10, and start the matrix over.
The Super Kegel is performed in much the same manner as the standard Erect Kegel, except the goal is to hold each rep for UP TO 100 seconds.
Test out 2 reps of the Super Kegel at anywhere between 10 to 30 seconds. From there, add 5-10 seconds PER REP until you get to 100 second (each). When you can perform 2 reps of 100 seconds each, add a third REP of Super Kegels and test in a similar manner.
The above would be done instead of the standard Erect Kegels in your routine.
Q. I looked over the Weighted Kegels but don’t really want to do them. Are there other Kegel based alternatives?
A. One option is to perform the standard Erect Kegel but CAREFULLY and slowly add more force to your contractions. There are also the following advanced Kegel-type movements to test:
