Introduction
In this tutorial you'll learn how to use water with the Total Man Vacuum Chamber as an alternative protective method.
Instead of using a silicone glans cap and / or micropore tape to protect the glans, you'll be using the power and simplicity of water.

- Or you can look yourself either online or at your local chemist / pharmacy / supermarket for "Water proof foam cushioned medical tape". If you're searching for it online and struggle to find it, enter variations like "Water proof medical tape" / "Cushioned medical tape" etc.
- Alternatively you could try different tape and see how you go. I've just found this particular tape works the best for me. The main objective is to protect the skin where the sleeve won't that is enveloping the shaft just behind the glans. Almost any tape can do this however with this tape the added benefit is it's water proof so, if you need to go to the toilet, you can take everything off except for the tape, do what you need to do then reattach everything again. Other tapes may come off when you remove the sleeves due to it being soaked in water during your wear time. Also, you want to avoid any tape that is too breathable as you will find there is a constant accumulation of air bubbles slowly being release from the pockets of air within the tape. This particular tape meets many criteria - Water proof, easy to take off, not too breathable causing air bubbles, stretchy and comfortable, sticks well, a good choice for anyone with sensitive skin.
