IndiaHonestly best piece of equipment you need if you are someone who sits on the desk and works for hours. it's fairly discreet, you need to wear under a loose joggers.The tutorial on totalman website helped me out set this ads and start wearing it an hour. I am just so glad the ads is comfortable at the best it could be because i bought noose extender with a silicone tube before that was some real torture for my Johnson. i also need to mention that i had to pay customs particularly in the post office for me to collect my parcel which was something i didn't expect and hoped it was taken care in billing or notified to me while checking out or in a mail. I will follow up this review if i made some gains with an update.
