Different exercises for different functions
While we highly recommend using DEVICES to make your training easier, manual exercises are great for those who can't use devices or are still in the testing phase. They can be done practically anywhere if you have the privacy.
It's also more than possible to see full spectrum development using only manual exercises.
Below are some manual exercises and their functions:
Length: Most (but not all) length movements are some variations of stretching. You have your dynamic stretching exercises which involve movement- like THE SHIFTER, which are great for beginners and to get good all-around development.
Static stretches like THE PISTOL GRIP can better isolate length and are perfect for more advanced trainers, though even these stretches can be performed at different angles to target different aspects of development.

Girth: Girth movements normally employ some level of erection and compression. The standard JELQ exercise performed with a higher level of erection is perhaps the most popular, but there are also less dynamic movements like the ULI which can enable a very high intensity level of training.

Penis strengthening: Developing a healthier penis is vital. Not only does this enable you to train harder, but sexual performance and penis hardness will also result.

Stamina and control: Putting it all together and being able to use your penis to the best of its ability should be the end-goal of this type of training. EDGING is considered the most inclusive of all exercises for this purpose. It also allows for the best opportunity to train the mind using EMOTIONAL VISUALIZATION exercises. Repeating these successfully will allow you to develop greater sexual self-confidence and self-control.
