Here are some commonly asked male enhancement questions- and answers
Q: My grip keeps slipping when I perform my stretching exercises. With one hand, I support the shaft with my other fingers while my thumb and pointer finger grasped the head. What can I do to improve this?
A: Your gripping technique should work as long as you first retract any excess skin before setting your grip and use just enough grip strength to accomplish the stretch.
You can use a small cotton or microfiber towel to pad and protect your grip. You may even use a silicone sleeve for better grip and padding as well.
Q. When I’m recording data in my training journal, what specifically should I be logging?
A: It's important for you to log the date, specific exercises, reps/volume, and your Erection Quality (EQ- a combined measure of stamina and hardness) for each session. Erect length and girth measures should be updated once every two weeks.
You can also log other factors like libido and sexual confidence- as well and any additional observations/experiences. The more data you can record for posterity, the better.
Q. I’ve seen your videos and have also read your writings over the years. The vids where you discuss the mental aspects are the ones which interest me the most! I feel weak minded when it comes to sexual confidence. I can get hard, but I don't fully enjoy sex because I’m always worried about my performance. The irony for me is when I get a chance to have sex with a very attractive woman, that's when it’s worst for me! Is there any hope for me?
A. The human mind is on a spectrum for many things- to include our emotional range. On the low end we can wallow in fear and give in to self-loathing. As we rise through the spectrum we ascend through the higher emotions of courage, reason, and peace. The path to these higher emotional states comes through self-mastery.
You can develop your mind to go far above what you’ve be able to do with proper training and conditioning. If you CHOOSE to see yourself as weak and leave yourself to the mercy of your lower mind, you'll be a slave to your lower emotions.
Focus on developing your courage and make the attempt at being objective about your performance.
Learn to value yourself and refuse to accept mental complacency and weakness. As long as you continue to practice positive mental training using Emotional Visualizations, you'll continue to ascend!
