Here are some commonly asked questions and answers

Q. I came back to training after a month, and I noticed my girth is a bit less than after I took off. What could be the cause of this?

A. Taking time off after a training cycle or due to overtraining is often a good thing. A brief rest of 1 to 2 weeks may result in "rebound" gains. That being said, longer breaks may cause some deconditioning effects. A good rule of thumb is, if you're taking more than 2 weeks off, expect to train an extra week for every additional 2 weeks you've been away in order to recondition yourself.

What you do during your time off will also have an effect on your conditioning. For example, if you're completely sedentary and not eating properly, you can expect a rapid deterioration of your conditioning. While you should avoid enlargement training during a layoff, some informal stamina training (especially live, vigorous sexual activity) will be helpful in maintaining conditioning.

Q.  I've been reading a lot about how vibration affects penis size gains. Are there any devices you recommend which incorporates vibration?

A. Vibration can affect tissues in 3 possible ways: softening (flexibility), toughening, and damage. For male enhancement purposes, you'll want to target the flexibility aspects of vibration.

There are two excellent devices which incorporate vibration for training: The Vibration Hanger and the AutoVac Smart Pump. Noth are available in pre-order, so select your device today!

Q. After months of masturbating to porn, I've recently stopped. The problem is that I would spend an hour or more edging, sometimes more than once per day. I find it now takes me a long time to ejaculate for edging or even for sex. Is there a way to reverse this?

A.  First, you'll need to ensure that you're edging using a relatively light grip. Using too tight a grip will raise your sensory threshold, which will make it difficult for you to derive more pleasure from standard sexual activities.

You can practice the "Reverse" Stop and Starts to reduce your sensory threshold. The Reverse Start and Stops is performed as followed:

Use a very light grip and attempt to bring yourself to orgasm as quickly as possible- with no “stops”. The light grip is key.

This would be performed at the end of your regular session before your warm down (in lieu of the standard edging).

Note: It only takes a few of these sessions to reset your sensory threshold!
