Male Enhancement Q&As Vol.24

Al Alfaro |

Here are some commonly asked male enhancement questions and answers

Q. What are some herbal supplements that I can take that will give me an erection boost? Is there anything I can do for developing better erection quality?

A. L-Arginine is great for blood flow. Take 5 grams 15 minutes prior to training or sexual contact to note the effects. Yohimbe is also excellent for this purpose.
Performing ERECT KEGELS is excellent for developing greater EQ (Erection Quality- a combined measure of stamina and hardness).  EDGING- whether performed manually or during sexual contact will also greatly enhance your EQ.

Q. I've seen you recommend clamping for advanced training. Can you tell me more about what clamping is good for and why it's only for the advanced guys?

A. CLAMPING is an advanced device-based form of training due to its intensity. Even in best-case scenarios, side effects are common. Injury potential also goes up with this exercise, so taking care to clamp correctly and only if you have the conditioning and backgrond is highly recommended.

Unlike retainer rings which only stops the outflow of blood by blocking off the veins in the penis, clamping cuts off all flow- both in and out. This forces a greater level of expansion and also enables one to perform intense exercises like the ULI with no blood loss.

Q. I'm new to training and saw a recommendation for the ULI. What attracted me to the exercise is how the creator of it claims to have gotten extraordinary girth from it! Should I get started with this exercise, and if so, how?

A. If you're new to training, you'd be better off starting with a more moderate girth movement- like the higher erection JELQ. As described HERE, the ULI is an advanced movement that requires a 90% erection average or better. It's often performed for time vs "reps".

It would be good for you to get about 6 months of training in AND ensure you have very good EQ and conditioning before attempting the ULI.
