Male Enhancement Q&As Vol. 21

Al Alfaro |

Here are some commonly asked male enhancement questions and answers

Q. I've been a huge fan of your products and videos for some time now. Thank you for doing what you do!

With your new extender, would it be possible for me to train more for intensity and sitting there for hours? My past with training indicates I gain better with more intense training.

A: Thank you for your kind words!

The current ROD EXTENDER 4.0 is capable of withstanding up to 10 Kg (22 lbs) of tension. This is considerably more than most of the other extender brands. These capabilities should allow you to get in more intense training.

It would be good for you to test out a few minutes at 1 kg of tension to see how you react. You can perform a more concentrated version of the extender routine from there.

If you're able to use considerable force, you may benefit from the ROD EXTENDER FRAME UPGRADE. It's a more robust and padded version of the standard design.

Q. The Erect Kegel has done a lot for me, but I think I could use more of a challenge. What other stamina exercises would you recommend?

A: If you can perform 50 repetitions of the 5 second Erect Kegel, then you should be OK to test out more advanced variants. The easiest would be to test out longer time holds.

You can also use more contractile force. The following Kegel variants will give you more of a challenge:

Q.  Manual stretches give me a great workout but it's the gripping that's a challenge for me. The grip slips, my hands tend to ache after awhile and sometimes my penis gets red splotches from the tension.

Can you help?

A: For manual stretching, you'll want to ensure you retract any excess skin towards the base when setting your grip. You should use only as much grip force as is needed to maintain the stretch. You can use a small cotton or microfiber towel or even a SILICONE SLEEVE to improve gripping and comfort.

You might also consider altering your grip. The following video should be helpful: Grip variation for all manual stretches.
