Previously you would need to use a sleeve in its full length which was difficult, almost impossible to get on and take off without squeezing the life out of your poor lad.
Not to mention the need for lubrication for the silicone; as dry silicone and dry skin is never fun.

THE SET UP

Step 1: Simply slide or roll on the spandex sleeve letting the excess hang down. These spandex sleeve are super breathable and comfy for the skin.

Step 2: With your silicone sleeve cut into 1-4cm length sections, this makes for incredibly easy attaching right where you need it starting at the base of the shaft.

Step 3: Add the number of sleeve sections until the last sleeve sits just behind the glans.

Step 4: Roll the excess spandex sleeve back over the silicone sleeves securing the sections in place as if the sleeve is now one. Firm but not too tight, a breathable layer between the silicone and your skin with zero silicone rubbing causing irritation.

Step 5: Enjoy the freedom this combination provides letting you move about your day like normal while cementing your hard work and effort during stretching sessions like compression hanging, compression extending, manual methods, clamping and more.

Using these spandex sleeves for vacuum chamber methods has the following benefits:

A second length of spandex sleeve can be used on the outside of the chamber to keep the chamber, sleeve and rubber band from rubbing on the leg causing irritation and worse, gripping.

If your chamber cannot slide or move freely along the leg while in wear either sitting down, standing, moving around even in public, you have an issue. Vacuum pressure inside the chamber is dictated by the initial pressure set by your vacuum pump during attachment, the next dictator is the tension applied via hanging, extending or even all day stretching with a leg band.

This means that if the chamber grips to anything, your movement pulls the chamber increasing tension, resulting in an increase in the internal vacuum pressure, substantially risking injury such as abrasions and blistering. It is most crucial when in use with a leg band since the chamber will be pulled close to the leg.

These spandex sleeve reduces these risks by preventing anything parts catching as it covers the sleeve, rubber band and a portion of the chamber itself.

SPANDEX SLEEVE SIZING GUIDE

Measure your Resting Flaccid Width:

• Use a flat ruler with your flaccid penis resting in one hand, gently sit the ruler just behind the glans on the shaft (skin back if uncircumcised) and measure

• RECOMMENDED: Use the following guide for our recommended sleeve size. You will notice over lap because sleeves stretch up to 200%.
• These sleeves can also be used for inside out outside of vacuum chamber methods
• For example:
• Measuring at 20mm, we recommend getting sleeve size 1, size 2 will still work however it won't be as firm
• Measuring at 40mm, we recommend getting sleeve size 2, size 1 might be too tight and difficult to fit
