This is one of the quickest, most convenient and comfiest ways to anchor and hold your progress made with other stretching methods.

A unique combination of silicone and spandex sleeves makes for the ultimate passive healing sleeve.

Previously you would need to use a sleeve in its full length which was difficult, almost impossible to get on and take off without squeezing the life out of your poor lad. Not to mention the need for lubrication for the silicone; as dry silicone and dry skin is never fun.

How to fit the passive healing sleeve:

Step 1: Simply slide or roll on the spandex sleeve letting the excess hang down. These spandex sleeve are super breathable and comfy for the skin.

Step 2: With your silicone sleeve cut into 1-4cm length sections, this makes for incredibly easy attaching right where you need it starting at the base of the shaft.

Step 3: Add the number of sleeve sections until the last sleeve sits just behind the glans.

Step 4: Roll the excess spandex sleeve back over the silicone sleeves securing the sections in place as if the sleeve is now one. Firm but not too tight, a breathable layer between the silicone and your skin with zero silicone rubbing causing irritation.

Step 5: Enjoy the freedom this combination provides letting you move about your day like normal while cementing your hard work and effort during stretching sessions like compression hanging, compression extending, manual methods, clamping and more.

Information about the sleeves:

• Silicone sleeves are 150mm long X 3mm thick and come in 3 sizes by Inner diameter (Size 1 - 21mm, Size 2 - 26mm, Size 3 -  32mm)
• Spandex sleeves are 9 inches long and come in 2 sizes by laid flat width (Size 1 - 40mm, Size 2 - 50mm)
• Spandex sleeve material composition: Spandex (85%+ polyurethane) and polyester (up to 15%) with a cotton sewing thread

Silicone Sleeve Sizing Guide

Measure your Resting Flaccid Width:

• Use a flat ruler with your flaccid penis resting in one hand, gently sit the ruler just behind the glans on the shaft (skin back if uncircumcised) and measure
• RECOMMENDED: Use the following guide for our recommended sleeve size. You will notice over lap because sleeves stretch up to 250% and the penis may fluctuate in size from flaccid to erect during use. It will also come down to your preference of fitting. We recommend getting multiple sizes
• For example:
• Measuring at 27mm, we recommend getting sleeve size 2, maybe 3 as well
• Measuring at 40mm, we recommend getting sleeve size 3, maybe 2 however it could be a little firmer

Spandex Sleeve Sizing Guide

Same method above for measuring

• RECOMMENDED: Use the following guide for our recommended sleeve size. You will notice over lap because sleeves stretch up to 200%.
• These sleeves can also be used for inside out outside of vacuum chamber methods
• For example:
• Measuring at 20mm, we recommend getting sleeve size 1, size 2 will still work however it won't be as firm
• Measuring at 40mm, we recommend getting sleeve size 2, size 1 my be too tight and difficult to fit
