The ROD EXTENDER is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in the TOTAL MAN FULL KIT arsenal. It can be used for all levels of training, and has even been recommended by medical professionals for both lengthening the penis and for correcting curvatures:
 
 
 
If you're a busy professional, it can be easily concealed beneath clothing for all day wear.
 
Before you get started
 
Please be sure to review the EXTENDER FRAME TUTORIAL to ensure you understand how to set up your ROD EXTENDER and how to adjust tension.
 
You should also ensure that you warm up AND warm down for 5-7 minutes after each session to maximize performance and decrease the risk of injury.  
 
It would also be beneficial for you to perform reps of the ERECT KEGEL exercise during your extender breaks for optimal training synergy.
 
The Six Week Rod Extender Course
 
Week 1:
 
Day 1: TEST DAY- Extender tension set at 700 g- tested well at 60 minutes. Tension setting will be at 700 g until otherwise noted
 
Day 2: 3 hours
 
Day 3: Rest
 
Day 4: 3 hours and 30 minutes
 
Day 5: Rest
 
Day 6: 4 hours
 
Day 7: Rest
 
Week 2:
 
Day 1: 4 hours and 30 minutes
 
Day 2: 5 hours
 
Day 3: Rest
 
Day 4: 5 hours and 30 minutes
 
Day 5: Rest
 
Day 6: 6 hours
 
Day 7: Rest- Measure erect length
 
Week 3:  
 
Day 1: Test day- At this point, an attempt at increasing tension levels to 1400 g will be made. Tested well at 60 minutes. Tension setting will now be at 1400 g until otherwise noted
 
Day 2: 3 hours
 
Day 3: Rest
 
Day 4: 3 hours and 30 minutes
 
Day 5: Rest
 
Day 6: 4 hours
 
Day 7: Rest
 
Week 4:
 
Day 1: 4 hours and 30 minutes
 
Day 2: 5 hours
 
Day 3: Rest
 
Day 4: 5 hours and 30 minutes
 
Day 5: Rest
 
Day 6: 6 hours
 
Day 7: Rest- Measure erect length
 
Week 5:

Day 7: Rest
 
Week 6:
 
Day 1: 4 hours and 30 minutes
 
Day 2: 5 hours
 
Day 3: Rest
 
Day 4: 5 hours and 30 minutes

Day 6: 6 hours
 
Day 7: Rest- Measure erect length
 
Week 7:Off- Remeasure at the end of week 7 to assess total net gains for the cycle.  
 
As you progress, you should consider utilizing the ROD EXTENDER FRAME UPGRADE MODIFICATIONSfor more comfort and to add additional elements to your training, like adjusting angles.
