Here are some commonly asked male enhancement questions and answers
Q. I have been performing Kegels and Edging to help boost my Erection Quality, but I feel my pelvic floor gets tense sometimes. What would you recommend for this?
A. The Asian Squat is a passive stretch where you essentially stay in a deep squat position and feel all of the muscles of the lower body stretch. Some are able to sit in this position for extended periods of time.
You can start with anywhere between 30 to 60 seconds of this and work up to 5 minutes over time.
Also, take care to contract only as hard as is needed to perform the Kegels, and no more. Some make the mistake of bearing down as hard as possible- which can lead to soreness and even pelvic floor muscle strains.
Q. I'm about to get started using your Vacuum Hanger. What's the best way to perform Kegel training if I'm partaking in hanging?
A. You'll want to split your Kegels up and perform them in between your hanging sets for maximum synergy. Let's say you're capable of performing 10 reps of the Kegel during training. With hanging, instead of your performing 10 reps after your enlargement work, you'd split your Kegels into 3 sets and perform a set in between your hanging breaks.
Your training would appear as follows (using 10 reps as an example):
Hanging set > 4 Kegel reps > Hanging set > 3 Kegel reps > Hanging set > 3 Kegel reps
Take care to not exceed 5 minutes of rest (to include your Kegel work) in between hanging sets.
Q. What would be the best time of day to perform Kegel exercises?
A. Optimally, you should perform Kegels (and other male enhancement exercises) immediately after awakening. Growth hormone levels are highest then, and the psychological boost you'll get from getting your workout out of the way first thing will make the rest of your day go by with you having a sense of accomplishment.
