Easy to use especially with the support in the videos and tips on taping to prevent injuries. I was a bit concerned on how discreet it actually would be but after trying it out I was surprised, barely noticeable at all. After a session I hop into the ADS and feel even more confident on my PE journey knowing I am getting an active rest or passive healing.

This is the first ADS that I ever used and I received it when I purchased the Total Man 3.0 Kit and I'm more than satisfied with it. It is so comfortable to wear that in only 9 days I have 93.7 hours logged wearing it. I'm wearing it throughout the day and also at night and without any issues. I'm using the Phallosan Forte Android app to keep the wearing and continuity time. The only issue that I had using it was that the -.26mm sleeve broke after 7 days which I think is very unusual. I'm only using 6 cm for the total length of the sleeve and the sleeve end tear completely for about 1 cm on the sleeve edge touching the *****. I don't know what I did wrong that the sleeve tear since I believe that the Total Man sleeve is very strong. I wish that their was a way for us to determine the tension that is applied to the ADS while wearing it. I'm currently using a fish digital scale to approximate the tension to around 1.5 kg. Overall it is a MUST buy and Mike is extremely helpful with any questions that I had in the past. Well done Mike and keep up the good work.
Thanks you so much for the detailed feedback and review. At the moment using some kind of small luggage scales will suffice. We're thinking about some branded scales in the future. As for the sleeve, hopefully the rest of it holds up well. Always look out for small nicks or scuff. Getting onto it as soon as possible the better. Would rather loose 5mm than the whole sleeve. Please keep us posted about your results and if you have any other questions or need help. :)
