Might want to check out Hink's video here on YT about the length of time per day/per week to see gains. The limited research seems to suggest LESS time (1-1.5 hours) training per day (rather than 4 hours +) yields more gains at least in the first 6 months or so.

Training with a light intensity implement like an All Day Stretcher will necessitate up to several hours of training per day, whereas intense manual stretches can last only a few minutes. Which mode of training works best for you will require testing.

More conditioned trainers can withstand and benefit from higher volume AND higher intensity training. It's all relative.
