A: You may benefit from "Mini-Sessions". Mini-Sessions are essentially small workouts performed multiple times a day. For example, instead of performing a standard routine of 20 repetitions of Manual Stretches, you could perform 5 reps, 4 times in one day.
Another benefit of Mini-Sessions is you’ll be able to use more intensity (force) in your individual sessions since the volume per interval is relatively brief. This is a great way to train if you have a busy schedule.

A: EQ (erection quality) is a subjective measurement. To measure EQ, use a “0” rating as being completely unable to achieve any type of erection and a “10” as YOUR ideal level of stamina and hardness. EQ measures hardness AND stamina, so remember to combine the two in your mind before making an assessment.
It's an irony that concerning oneself over EQ can lead to performance anxiety. You must approach your measurements with a clear head. Take a deep breath and relax, and only measure when you feel calm and confidence.
You could even "surprise" measure. This is where you readily have measuring implements close at hand where you rest; and measure before you have too much time to think about it when you have a high level of erection.
