Fulcrum Belt Training
Getting the most from this tool
The new Total Man Fulcrum Belt is an excellent tool for adding variety to your training.
Below are a few applications to its use:
- Fulcrum training allows for more stress on the tunica of the penis- as opposed to mainly stressing the suspensory ligament. What this does is directly targets the shaft of the penis itself for length gains- which is considerably more difficult than merely elongating the suspensory ligament.
- While recommended for hanging training, the fulcrum can be used for manual stretches as well. A good example of improved exercise convenience can be seen when reviewing the A-Grip Stretch- which uses the wrist as a fulcrum. This can be awkward and also difficult if you don't have enough length. Using the fulcrum for this purpose takes the technical difficulty out of the exercise.
- If you have a curvature or bend, using the fulcrum (either manually or with a hanger) can help to address this. Simply ensure that the penis rests against the fulcrum against the angle of the bend of curve during training.
